  1. Dera Sirs,
My name is Madalina COZMA, I am working within the National Environment Protection Agency as Director of The Programs, Projects , International Relations and Communication ( NEPA ) within the Ministry of Environment and Forests.
The subject of Green Building is of a great importance and will contribute in a great measure towards the energy economy. Building green, building with the aim of energy economy is a very important factor. In this aim, we should appreciate very much each initiative of the stakeholders and of the people responsible for decision making, implementation of the legislation and viewing of the procedures for the nuilding construction.
I know these EU procedures are at the begining and norms and regulations will be made more clear and detailed. For the time I am under study of our legislation and EU draft Directives in order to understand and contribute to best ideas of implementation. I do consider that these meetings are very good and have a very good role in future development and fulfilling of these requirements. All the same I consider a detailed set of rules would be very well to be set in experts’ discussion.
